Our Team

Bob Rolland

Bob Rolland has 27 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Bob left Nationwide as a Vice President and started his Nationwide Agency, Rolland & Associates, in 2005. Bob is licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health in the State of Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. He also maintains his series 6 NASD license which enables him to provide financial planning services to his agency's clients. Bob also is President of the Dana Foundation - a Foundation in his wife's name supporting women battling breast cancer. A graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio Bob has lived in the Columbus area for 29 years.

Beth Rolland

Beth joined the agency in April 2009 as our CFO, and is responsible for managing the agency's finances, and overseeing marketing and strategic planning for the business. Beth has 11 years experience in managing all aspects of operating a small business, obtained her Property/Casualty license in April. Her background with riding, training and caring for horses will be helpful as we expand our business to include horse farms and related businesses. Beth has a BA in Psychology and an MBA from the Ohio State University.

Jill McBride

Jill joined the agency in January 2010 and is one of our Associate Agents. She is an active participant in the PTO at her childrens' school in the Olentangy School District, and is Property/Casualty and Life/Health licensed in the State of Ohio. Jill will be helping our agency exceed the expectations of the Powell community in meeting their insurance needs. Because she has established many local relationships, one of Jill's main responsibilities will be to continue to foster the agency's participation in events around Powell and Delaware County. Jill has a BA from George Mason University, and lives in Delaware with her family.

Barb Holt

Barb joined us in May of 2010 as an Event and Marketing Coordinator. Barb brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience to our agency, has spent time in real estate sales and mortgage lending, and has owned and operated 2 small businesses! Barb lives in Worthington, and is mother to two and grandmother to six. She enjoys photography and has been appointed our in-house staff photographer, and she looks forward to documenting how much everyone enjoys the events we host around the Powell community. Although not currently a licensed agent, Barb is being persistently pressured by everyone at the office to consider adding this to her list of accomplishments.

Brandon Rawls

Brandon joined the team at Rolland & Associates in June of 2010 as an Associate Agent. His role will be to provide insurance services to Powell and surrounding communities, while exemplifying outstanding customer service. His goal is to meet every client’s insurance needs and exceed their expectations. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2008, with a B.A. in Communications. Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing basketball and volunteering. Brandon currently resides in Dublin, OH.

Chad Stone

Chad joined the Agency in June of 2010 and has opened our first satellite office in Columbus, IN. Chad is licensed in Property/Casualty and will soon have his Life/Health license, he also has a BA from Indiana University. The Columbus, IN agency will serve all of south-central Indiana including the counties of Bartholomew, Brown, Jennings, Jackson, Decatur, Ripley and Johnson. Chad has 5 years experience in sales/management and will no doubt be an integral part in the growth of our agency. Chad’s other passions include his wife Rebecca and two girls Ella and Ava, playing tennis, hunting and being outdoors. Chad looks forward to serving all the needs of our clients in Indiana.
